These general conditions of use apply to relations between the Société Française des Hôtels de Montagne SFHM (hereinafter "SFHM") and any person using this website (hereinafter the "User(s)").
Any access to and/or use of the www.fermedugolf.com website (hereinafter the "Website") implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the terms of these general terms and conditions of use.
By accessing the Website or its content, loading or downloading the Website, or any other use of the Website and its content, the User undertakes to comply with these terms and conditions and all applicable legal provisions in force.
The User must bear the costs of connecting and installing the equipment needed to access the Internet and use the Website.

APPLICABLE LAW - COMPETENT JURISDICTION
These general conditions of use are governed by French law.
The parties shall endeavour to resolve amicably any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions.
In the event of persistent disagreement and in the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute or litigation likely to arise from the validity, interpretation, implementation or termination of these general terms and conditions of use shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, unless otherwise provided by public policy. This attribution of jurisdiction is valid notwithstanding the plurality of defendants or the introduction of third parties, even for emergency proceedings or protective proceedings in summary proceedings or by petition.
