Personal information

Your personal data are collected and processed by the Société Française des Hôtels de Montagne SFHM, located at 47, rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré 75008 Paris, in its capacity as data controller, in order to:

Manage your reservation;
Manage its relations with its customers and in particular better understand their needs in order to adapt its offer;
Manage your user account, if you choose to create one, and facilitate your bookings.

In accordance with the applicable regulations and in particular Regulation 2016/679/EU of 27 April 2016 known as the "RGPD", the legal basis for collecting and processing your personal data for the aforementioned purposes is:

with regard to the management of your reservation and the related accounting: the performance of the contract to which you are a party (article 6.1.b of the RGPD) and compliance with the legal obligations incumbent on the data controller (article 6.1.c of the RGPD);
with regard to the management by Société Française des Hôtels de Montagne SFHM of its relations with its customers and the management of the user account: the legitimate interest of Société Française des Hôtels de Montagne SFHM (article 6.1.f of the RGPD).

You may object to the processing of your data at any time, in particular by withdrawing your consent where applicable. To do so, please send your request to the address below.

This data is kept for a period of time necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned above and in accordance with current legislation and legal obligations to keep certain contracts/data, i.e. :

10 years from the date of booking for data collected and processed for the purposes of managing your booking, in accordance with our legal obligations relating to the retention of accounting documents; with the exception of your bank details, which will only be retained until full and effective payment for the accommodation service has been made.
However, the bank card number and its date of validity may be kept for the purposes of proof in the event of the transaction being disputed, in intermediate archives, for the period stipulated in article L. 133-24 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, in this case 13 months following the debit date. This period may be extended to 15 months to take account of the possibility of using deferred debit payment cards.
For security reasons, the data relating to the visual cryptogram on your bank card will only be kept for the time required to complete each transaction.
3 years from the last reservation or the last connection to the user account for data collected and processed for the purposes of managing relations with our customers and managing the user account.

In the event of a complaint or dispute, the aforementioned retention periods may be extended in order to retain the data for the duration of the dispute.

The Société Française des Hôtels de Montagne SFHM may pass on your personal data to service providers involved in carrying out the above-mentioned purposes, and also for statistical analysis purposes, without it being possible for them to identify you by name (see also "2. Cookies").

For the above-mentioned purposes only, your data may be transmitted to third-party service providers located in countries outside the European Union. Société Française des Hôtels de Montagne SFHM will take all necessary measures and guarantees to ensure the security of this transfer.

In accordance with current legislation, you have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning you, the right to portability of this data and the right to limit processing. You also have the right to define directives concerning the fate of this data after your death.
